The day passed. Finally, it was time for bed. Kopa went to sleep, but when he did, he had a horrific nightmare of Vitani dying while having her cubs. He woke up with a gasp.

Just when Kopa woke up, Simba and Nala entered the den, just arriving back from where ever they were. They did not notice Kopa was awake though and went straight to sleep.

Kopa took a few breaths to calm himself. "Why did that happen?" he asked himself before laying down again.

No reply came from any of the sleeping pride members.

For the rest of the night, Kopa tried to fall asleep again, but with no success.

When Vitani woke up the next morning, her head was aching again. In addition to that she could also see that Kopa looked like he hadn't even slept, "What's wrong?"

Kopa sighed. "I had a nightmare last night. A bad one," he said.

[TheWhistlerify]

Vitani said, "I didn't know there was such a thing 'good' nightmare."

[KingKovu44]

Kopa sighed. "This isn't funny. It was about you," he told her.

Vitani sighed, "I wasn't laughing."
