Well Koraden on TLKFAA seems also to share that to some degree but I liked to change it a little. Poor Simba seems to have a harsh life in my TLK-world. Not only losing his father at a young age he also loses one of his best friends and his son Kopa.

I remember reading a fanfiction once where Chumvi was Scar's sort of second in command, and I believe Chumvi was Kovu's father in that fic. It was a very decent story I must say and I like the thought that Chumvi would turn to Scar's side.
