Aleu said, "I'm sure we'll be able to find some spare time to ourselves later. We haven't even figured out how we're going to take him down anyways." Kodi smiled at what Annabeth said. He still wished there was a way to end it all without having anybody else die.

Kirby said, "If any of us can take him down." Annabeth then said, "Don't show Luo any mercy for he will show you none. If he begs for mercy and you give it to him then he will wait until your back is turned."

Aleu shrugged, "I'm sure that we can take him down if we work together." Kodi remained quiet

Annabeth sighed and said, "Killing someone is not grand but unless you have a way to convince him that dogs are okay, which is impossible, we must kill Luo." Kirby laughed, "Yeah I mean uh...well he is kinda big though."

Kodi sighed, it seemed like there really was no choice. Aleu said, "We'll figure it out somehow. We have to..."

Kirby nodded, "I won't be of much help to all of you." Annabeth then said, "Just remember since this is your first time killing, Luo is nobody. He does not mean anything to you or I. Think of that."

Kodi's ears flattened against his head, "Your making it sound like I'll be facing him myself." Aleu sighed, "I told you I don't like hearing those type of talks."

Kirby laughed, "No just telling the truth and you know it." Annabeth said, "Of course not BUT you know when we face Luo that you are the one he really wants out of all of us besides your father that is. When you do face him he is nothing. It makes it easier to kill him if he means nothing."

Aleu licked Kirby's muzzle to make him stop talking, "You talk too much sometimes." Kodi said, "You know what I just figured out? This entire thing with you and Luo and everything started over a week ago and my father still knows nothing about this."

Annabeth said, "It is better that way Kodi. We can tell him after this is all over. Think about it. If you tell him he will look for you and go right into Luo's trap." Kirby smiled and said, "Yeah maybe you're right."
