It's hard to choose... But I voted Scar. It was a tie between Shenzi and Scar. I don't really think of Ed as a villain. More as a comedian!

Hmmm in this sequel... as much as I love Shenzi, I don't really consider her a villain. 
So Scar is my fave here. He's cunning, deep, and sophisticated.
