Nello looked at Karus, "Do tell me." Membo sighed and took a deep breath, before repeating everything slowly. After he was done he said to her, "And that's why I was running and also why you shouldn't be mad at him because it wasn't him." that was the sort of a sentence that made no sense and that he would say really quickly, but he managed to say it slow that time.

Karus laughed, "Back in the 'olden days' things were not as simple as they are with you. Class and stature mattered not love. My father was a lowly buck while my mother was of the higher class. And you know what her family did after they found of their little escapade that 'produced' me? They were disgusted by the very sight of me! Bambi's grandfather gave my father the punishment of keeping me while my mother was brought back to her family. And my father became a fiend. Do you want to know what he did? He put his antlers in my mouth and said, 'I want to see a smile on that face!' and he made one Nello. Your noble family!" Karus' daughter again ignored him and smiled, "Oh you said that very nicely."

Nello was quiet for a moment untill something seemed wrong about his story. "I was told you were an orphan." Membo just continued talking, "Which is why we have to hurry, so that he wont kill us."

Karus' daughter laughed and said, "Kill us? He may be rude but kill me? Come on." Karus laughed, "I am and was. My father did not long survive after he was given care of me. He uh made himself go away if you get my meaning."

Nello didn't know what to say. Then again, Karus could be lying to him. Membo sighed, "You don't uderstand. That's not Nello, it's a murderous lunatic. He almost killed me."

Karus' daughter again laughed, "Yeah if it isn't Nello then who is it then hmm? And don't tell me it is Kara or whatever that crazy buck's name is. I don't believe it. Nello wouldn't try to kill me." Karus laughed, "Don't believe me. I don't care! I will enjoy every humiliation your father had."

Nello said, "Whatever my... great-great-grandfather did is not my fault." Membo said, "Of course Nello wouldn't. But it is that crazy buck who's name you don't seem to care about."

Karus said, "And yet is not the law of this place the sins of the father are passed to the son. That is how my son was treated anyway." Karus' daughter laughed and said, "Oh good joke there."

Nello said, "Maybe because he tried to kill us the moment he saw us?" Membo said, "I'm not joking, this is serious."

Karus' daughter said, "Hmm mmm. Tell me how can this Kara or whatever look exactly like Nello?" Karus laughed, "Because your uncle killed me. I am dead but I promised myself to make this family suffer for generations! I hope you don't plan on having fawns Nello."
