Simba looked at Nala. "And I'm sure that Kiara will turn into a great huntress like her mother and grandmothers," he added. He was very proud of all three of his cubs. He had vowed that he would not do what Ahadi and Uru had done with Mufasa and Scar and play favorites with them. He intended to keep that vow for as long as he lived.

"Dad!" Kopa called. "Dad! Dad!" He barreled into his father's paw and started chattering excitedly. "Guess what? Guess what?" he repeated.

"What, Kopa?" Simba said with a smile, remembering when he used to do the same thing to his own father.

Kiara laid beside her mother after she got tired of running in circle. "Mother, when will I be old enough to start hunting lessons?" She asked her mother, who was the older version of herself. The young female was very sophisticated, prowling was her game. Kiara's choice of game was her brothers, being smaller then them both. Yet, still able to take em' down.

Mufasa limped out of the den. His strong body was starting to weaken. "Simba, come here." He said, looking at his son. He was a large lion, his skills were fading, along with his life.

Simba went over to Mufasa. "What is it, Father?" he asked.

"Thank you, Monstro," she said, looking the lioness up and down. "Oh, yes, he is. Kovu, say hello." "Hello," he said, not even looking at Diamanté. He pounced on an insect, killing it.

Chaka smirked and lifted an eyebrow, he slowy hid behing a scrubby bush and stalked Kopa. Slowy, cautiously, he waited for Kiara to go away and...BAM! Chaka had Kopa right in his arms, he laughed quite loudly as the two brothers fell to the ground. "Gotcha! Weren't expecting that huh?" Chaka bounced off his brothers back and smirked with menacing eyes.

Nala smiled and looked to Simba, "Yes she will be." she said softly watching her boys play. Nala looked down to Kiara and smirked, "Lessons already? Well If you'd like I can take you out today?" she stand standing to her paws stretching forward. Nala looked to Sarafina, "Join me mother? We can take the cubs out." she asked.

Sarafina looked down at Kiara and smiled, "Sure. Lets go boys. Want to go get some pouncing lessons from the pros?! Your mother and I." she said smirking. Sarafina nudged Kiara forward and her green eyes looked down at Kopa and Chaka wrestling.


Mostro grabbed Kovu up with his big paw, "Mind your elders Kovu." Mostro scorned softly. His mustard eyes watched the cub pounce after a insect and he smirked dipping low to the ground. "Do it like this Kovu.." he said pushing the cub's body closer to the dirt. His claws grasped the dirt between them, he felt the earth. "Now pounce.." he ordered.

Diamante's eyes narrowed slightly as she felt Zira's eyes upon her. She reclined back and watched the two pounce after the insect and she got bored herself. She started to walk in the direction she smelled water in, she found a mucky old watering hole. The lioness stuck her tongue out disgusted, "Eww.." she grumbled. She saw further ahead were greener areas, she thought about going for a hunting trip.

Kiara laughed. "Yes! Hunting lessons!" She hoped around with a wide smile on her face. She followed her mother and grandmother to get her brothers. "Boys! Hunting lessons." She said with a smirk on her face.

Mufasa smiled. "My time is setting as ruler. It is your time to shine, Simba." He said, smiling. He laid down, as he could not hold himself for a long period of time nowadays.

"Hunting lessons? Peh, that's boring, only lionesses do those stuff. I like pouncing!" Chaka pouted and then laughed, he glanced at Kopa who was still laying on the ground, seeming defeated and a bit up for a play-fight himself.
