Membo looked curiously at his cousin, [b]"What freaks me out most is the way he takes over somebody else's body. It makes no sense at all. Nello tried to ignore Karus' voice and tried to regain control of his body.

The voice said, "Yes that is very creepy Membo. I mean can you imagine someone else there making you do things you didn't want to do? How horrid!" Karus kept repeating those words, "Do what I say and you will get back your body. Believe in me and my cause!"

Membo said, "I know... How does he do it though?" Nello got an idea. He took a deep breath and spoke back to Karus, "What do you want me to do?"

Karus said, "Hahaha I know you don't believe in me yet. Believe in me truthfully and you will regain it." The voice said, "Beats me. Let us take a pact Membo. Before we have any children let us make sure Karus and Karus' son are wiped away forever so that our future children may not know them. Take this pact with me Membo."

Membo sighed, "If the bastard can just take over another body, what's the point?" he looked at his cousin, "Unless you think you know how to stop it?"

The voice said, "No. Nothing." Suddenly Lana and the others went out of the forest and were seen by Garo.

Garo noticed Lana and walked closed, "There you are!" he said, "We've been looking all over for you. Geno's worried sick." he looked at her familly, "Where's Nello?" Nello meanwhile tried to force Karus out of his head, "Get out of my head!"

Lana looked worried after he said where was Nello, "You mean he didn't come back with you? He went to help this doe he met and he said he would be back." She started to hate herself, "This is all of my fault." Karus laughed, "Follow me my son." The voice said to Membo, "Where was that doe who hates you? Where did you see her last?"

Garo tried to sound reassuring, "Don't worry, I'm sure he's fine." he knew he wasn't doing a very good job. Nello again yelled in his head, "I am not your son!" Membo though for a moment, "The small island in the middle of the lake."

The voice said, "Ah. So uh what do you want to talk about?" Karus just laughed, "Oh you will learn to like me eventually my son!" Lana just laughed nervously, "Yeah right. How many things could have happened on his way here? He could have fallen down. He could have been seen by Man. He could have fallen in a trap."
