Vitani smiled at him and said, "Oh, I went on the hunt with your mother as usual."

"Did you catch anything?" Kopa continued.

Vitani nodded and again smiled, "Oh yes, the hunt was successful."

"What did you catch?" Kopa asked.

Vitani went ahead and answered, "Antelopes."

"Sounds like fun. As I said, nothing exciting happened to me," Kopa answered.

Vitani smiled and headed over to his side, "Cheer up, we're here now." she said, sitting next to him as she arrived at his side.

From the den entrance, Kopa could see the African sky. "I know my grandfather is watching us and is proud of us. I just wish that he hadn't had to suffer such a painful death," Kopa replied.
