Nello was passed out for a couple of more seconds before slowly opening his eyes. His head still hurt a little so it took him a few seconds to figure out he was not alone, but after a moment he recognised his sister and his friend. "Hey guys..." his voice and he felt weak as well. "Was I just passed out over here?" it felt like it to him.

The buck nodded, "Yeah you were passed out. What happened? Where is your mother Nello?" Suddenly a voice originated again from Nello's direction, "Why none of your business toad." The buck looked surprised, "Well geez Nello excuse me!"

Nello this time heard the voice and recognised Karus' voice "No! I didn't say that!" it didn't take him too long to realise that Karus was literally inside his head this time. "Get away from me!" despite how dizzy he still felt he ran off.

The buck said, "Alright Geno fine. I'll get away from you." Karus laughed inside of his head, "How many friends need I take away from you until you do as I say? Or do I need to take them all?!"

Nello kept running, nearly running into a doe on the way. He managed to avoid stumbling right into her, but it did startle her, "Hey watch it!" she didn't get an answer because Nello just kept running. "Creep."

Karus laughed, "Yes good Nello. Insult others. Good, good. I hope to see you as part of my family one of these days." He laughed and said, "Do you wish to stop this torment? Then go see Membo!"

Nello ran even faster as if it would somehow get Karus out of his head.

Karus laughed, "I will haunt you for the rest of your days just so that I can get some laughs. Do as I say!"

Nello kept running, "No!" he was out of breath and his feet could barely carry him from exhaustion.

Karus laughed and mocked him, "No! I'm Nello and this is all I have to say!"He hollered and said, "Better yet why don't you finally be a buck and wrestle some doe under your embrace?"
