I don't get why people are uncomfortable calling people black, and instead say african american when they are NOT, they're completely american and nobody should imply that they are anything less than completely american, and then go around and call everyone else white and not caucasian. I just don't get it...

@Nitro: Lemme guess, you're talking about my post in the 'Scar and Mufasa different races?' thread, I didn't want to get so official, my mum told me not to call people black and I'm afraid that would have reasoned in a forum like this where everyone has their own opinions. I DO call people that are black, black. Also, about calling someone white and not caucasian, I seriously don't know or can't remember what that is.

^ But calling someone black sounds so much like discrimination. I do call people who are black, black also. But I wouldn't say it to the person itself. (For example: *Me sees someone's who's 'black'* Hey, black one! That person wouldn't like that..)
