Nala smiled at her son, remembering the day she married Simba. Just then, Vitani emerged from the den.

Kopa's jaw nearly dropped when he saw her. However, he kept his composure.

Vitani smiled nervously as she noticed everybody was looking at her, but she kept walking towards where Kopa, Nala, Rafiki and Simba were waiting.

When Vitani had come, Rafiki began the ceremony. “Creatures of the Pridelands, we are gathered here today to witness the union of Prince Kopa to the lovely Vitani,” he began. He looked at Kopa. "Kopa, do you take Vitani to be your bride?" the mandrill asked. "I do," Kopa replied. Rafiki then looked at Vitani. "Vitani, do you take Kopa to be your husband?" he asked.

Vitani smiled at Kopa and replied, "I do."

To signify that the ceremony was complete and a new chapter of the life of the pride had begun, Rafiki shook the fruits attached to his staff over Kopa and Vitani's heads, and then looked at the crowd. "Then so be it. As of this day, Kopa and Vitani are mates, and Vitani is a princess of de Pridelands. May their marriage be eternally blessed!" he exclaimed.

Vitani smiled and nuzzled her mate. Finally after all this time they were married.

Kopa then went the edge of Pride Rock and roared out to his future subjects.

Vitani headed over to Kopa's side, and once he was done roaring roared as well.
