Simba doubted Zira would just give up like that.

Zira then moved in to attack Simba again, but Kopa jumped in and pinned her down. "Father, do we kill her?" he asked.

Simba didn't know what to do. "Zira, please, it's over. Let it go."

"I will never let it go!" Zira roared as she tried to get free.

Simba sighed, not knowing what he should do.

Suddenly, there was a rumbling sound as Mufasa's ghost appeared in the sky. "My son, you must do what you think is the best solution," he said.

Simba sighed as he heard his father's voice, 'But what is the best solution' he already let Zira live once, when he exiled the outlanders, but that didn't really work. "Zira, if you're willing to let go and not return, I'll let you go."

"Leave me alive and you will die by my paw!" Zira shouted, giving an angry glare at Mufasa's ghost.

Simba knew that the solution was pretty much decided for him, he had no choice but to kill her.
