Akril would be correct. I've seen them before on Timali's guide to minor charries of TLK. some people speculate that they might be Mufasa's relatives or royalty from other prides.

or perhaps Simba has older brothers no one knows about

more than likely, the artists were just doing some random lions and didn't go creative enough to make them look that different from Mufasa or Simba.

Like Akril mentioned, these lions do not have names. They’re probably leaders of different prides. It looks like Mufasa is leading a meeting or something.

Could easily also be meant as other males from Mufasa's pride. Real life lion prides have from 1 to 6 males in them, though lead by only the strongest and biggest one or by two brothers.
