"Yes, Father. She is the love of my life and I can't wait to see her again," Kopa stated.

Simba smiled, "I'm happy to hear that son." he was happy that Vitani and Kopa truely loved eachother.

"I love her as much as you love Mom. I just hope that we'll be as great as you two are one day," Kopa said, picking up speed as they got ever closer to Pride Rock.

Simba smiled, "I'm sure you both will. Even if not, both your mother and I will still love you."

"Thanks Dad," Kopa said as they finally reached Pride Rock.

Simba said, "I don't think she's back yet son." he kind of figured it out when Vitani didn't run out of the den like she usually did whenever Kopa came back.

And so, the wait began. Finally, after some time, Kopa saw Vitani on the horizon. Serena was following her.

Vitani at some point saw Kopa standing by the den's entrance, probably waiting for her. She smiled and ran in his direction, already eager to tell him how great she did on her first hunt.

When Vitani got close to him, Kopa nuzzled her. "So, how was your day?" he asked.

Vitani purred and returned Kopa's nuzzle, before pulling away and looking at him with a smile, "I did great! I managed to hunt something!"
