"Yes. If you like, I'll take you on a real hunt later. We'll hunt young animals though," Serena replied.

Vitani looked a the dead animal and then back at Serena with a sigh, "For a second I thought I would have to hunt something this big..." she chuckled, "I'm not too hungry though." she was really hungry, but trying to hunt for the first time was more important in her opinion.

Serena smiled. "You will hunt large prey in time, young one. You must be patient," she said as she settled in to eat the gazelle.

Vitani said, "I am. What I just said was out of completely out of relief." she chuckled and also went to eat some of the gazelle.

"That's good to hear. Now, we eat," Serena replied.

Vitani then fell silent and focused on eating. The faster they finished, the faster she would get to try and hunt something.

Soon enough, most of the gazelle meat was gone. The lionesses left what little was behind for the vultures. "Now, Vitani, you will be taking down your first victim. I'm sure the prince will be very proud of you," Serena stated.

Vitani giggled and helf back a blush, "What are we waiting for then?" she asked with an excited tone, obviously out of excitement and not out of disrespect.

"Then let us go," Serena said. They then headed for a nearby gazelle herd.

Vitani followed closely behind Serena.
