[Closed] Trials in the Pridelands

Simba stood in front of Nala. When the enemy arrived, he focused primarily on the black-maned lion with the vertical scar on his eye. "Who are you?" Simba demanded, also taking the hyenas around him and the lioness with the hole in her ear into account.

"Family," he said silkily. He jumped for Simba, and Zira jumped for Nala. Nuka didn't want to be left out, so he sank his teeth into Vitani. It was on. Zira scratched and bit Nala, but she knew that she had a weakness. But what? The little cub suddenly entered her vision, and she knew she had found Nala's weakness. She grabbed the cub.

Simba pulled away from Scar in a fury. "Let him go," he said with a menacing growl to the lioness with the hole in her ear. No response. "If you don't let him go this instant, I will kill you here and now!" he stated.

Nala's blue eyes flickered with fear as she felt Zira pounce her from behind. Nala slid across the dirt ground with Mheetu in her mouth, she could feel Zira's claws in her back. Nala kept her face away from the attacking lioness and swatted back in defense, but she felt a sharp pain by her shoulder. Zira had used her fangs and bit her, causing Nala to roar in pain letting Mheetu slip from her muzzle. "No Mheetu! Run!" she growled trying to rush to scoop him back up.

Mheetu watched in horror as his sister and Simba fought the lions back and he cried softly. He felt his small body fly across the air and he hit the ground and pulled himself up slowly. Dust had carried around in the air and he saw his sister fall and he ran towards her, he froze when she told him to run. His green eyes flashed with freight as the lioness with a hole in her ear scooped him up. "Nala..Help!" he cried trying to hit Zira with his little paws.

Nala threw herself forward and dragged Zira back down to the ground with her, the lioness used her claws and scratched at Zira's neck knocking Mheetu from her mouth. "Simba, we need to get out of here.." she growled. She quickly scooped Mheetu up in her mouth once more and turned to Zira with a growl. "LEAVE the PRIDELANDS" she ordered. Her blue eyes narrowed at Zira and she was prepared to to fight for her brother and for the lands.

Sarafina looked to Shujaa and nuzzled his side, "Honey, do you see all that dust. It looks like there's a lot of commotion going on down there by the graveyard." she said softly as she kept gazing at the lands. Sarafina froze and she panicked, "Shujaa, Mheetu is down there!" she growled. Sarafina ran over to Mufasa in the lions den, "Mufasa, there's trouble with Simba." she yelled and ran down the rocky path. Her slender frame quickly zig and zagged through the blades of grass, she felt Shujaa right behind her and the only thing going on in her mind was faster,go faster.

Shujaa followed Sarafina. Finally, they arrived at the Elephant Graveyard and saw what was happening. Shujaa was enraged by what he saw. He went to Nala. "Nala, is Mheetu OK?" he asked.

Sarafina ran to Nala and pulled out her claws,she looked to Zira. "Attacking cubs are we? Your a pathetic coward! Thats why you will never be allowed in the Pridelands." she hissed. She let out a warning growl before springing towards Zira, claws ready to attack.

Nala ran to her dad and handed Mheetu over to him, "Yes dad, I protected him the best I could." she said showing Shujaa her wound from Zira the young lioness watched her mom eagerly with blue eyes. She looked to her dad, "I didn't know mom still had it in her to fight." she said softly and looked to Simba, "Are you okay?" she asked stepping towards the two fighting lions.

Mheetu saw his mom and dad and smiled, "He watched his mom attack the lioness and he cried. Daddy.." he said with glazed eyes. The cub wiggled in Shujaa's grasp and he watched his mother fight. He sniffled softly before speaking, "Im okay now dad."

Simba took a deep breath. "Yes, Nala, I'm fine. I'm just glad to see that you and Vitani are as well," he said. Shujaa then looked at the both of them. "I'm going to take Mheetu back to Pride Rock. Look after Sarafina and make sure they don't try anything," Shujaa said.

Vitani fought with Nuka, then brought him to the ground and made a Scar identical to her fathers. He doubled over in pain as she kicked him in the ribs. She ran over to where Simba was fighting Scar, and swiped her paw at Scar's head as she past them. Just a small help for Simba.

Mufasa ran over to where the commotion was happening. He saw his own brother attacking his son. Mufasa leaped onto Scar, nudging Simba to the side. Scar went everywhere, as Mufasa grabbed his scruff and whipped him around. Throwing him in-front of the Elephant GraveYard. "Get out of here, AND NEVER COME BACK AGAIN." He yelled, backhanding Scar across the face. Walking over to Zira and Sarafina fighting only to do the same he did with his brother. Zira and Scar were almost unconscious as Mufasa went over to Nuka and threw him on top of his parents. He roared loudly and started trudging towards home.

Simba was impressed by what he had just seen his father do. He then began the walk home. After confirming that Nala was all right, he looked at Vitani. "Hey, are you Ok?" he asked. He knew the answer, but wanted to make sure.

Vitani looked at Simba. "Yeah, i'm fine!" She said smiled. "Are you?" She asked, worried for her brother.
