"All right, let's do it," Kopa said as he went off to hide.

Vitani again chuckled and then turned her attention back to counting. Once she was done she stood back up and began searching for Kopa.

Kopa sat in his hiding place and snickered. "She'll never find me here," he said.

Vitani's ears twitched slightly as she thought she heard something, but she soon continued her search.

"Ha! I'm winning!" Kopa exclaimed. He was so proud of himself.

Vitani then turned around when she heard Kopa's voice. That wasn't too smart of a move for him to do during a game of hide and seek. She walked in the direction of the voice and saw him. She chuckled and said nothing.

"Man, I lost to a..." Kopa began. However, he was suddenly stopped in mid-sentence by the sound of horrible laughter. "Who's laughing?" Kopa asked with panic in his voice. Just then, Kali emerged from the long grass. "Why, I believe it's me," he said, a wicked grin on his face.

Vitani was already holding back another giggling fit but then she noticed Kali. She had no idea who he was, but he was quite the creep. "Who are you?" she asked, a little scared herself.

Kali sneered. "Vitani, I am your true father. Your mother asked me to bring you back to the Outlands," he stated.

Vitani was rather horrified to find out that this sick looking lion was her father. She grew even more horrified when he mention that he was there to take her back to her mother. "I don't want to go back there!"
