Cowardly Chiefs?

I know this does not belong to this archive, but i want to know your opinion.

I had a Trial Job for 4 Weeks. I was an Assistant-worker and did the Best i could do.
taking Phone-calls of Clients, sorted the Folders and Papers like ordered, added every new adresses, etc. My Chief (female) was happy with me and my doings for 3 weeks now and i did realy everything to make her Job easier.

Very suddenly, the 4th week just begun today at Monday,.. i came Home and finished the load of the Handy accu, when i found an SMS. The sms was send around 6-7 PM at evening. I opened it to read and i was heavy disappointed when i realized her Text.:

Hello Mrs. Langen,

I spoke already on your Mailbox but i write it again here:
After the Re-talk with Lewandowky we Stop your Job from this Day on now. The Office-work is no Job for you, realy. You should return next friday to Faktum.

I was shocked the first moment, because i can't understand "what did I wrong???".
She was so happy all times,.. and now so suddenly she tries to tell me that i were a looser at this Job?..

anyways.. so she decided to kick me out,.. fine.
But: Wasnt she a MAN enough to tell me this Face to Face? Why did she run away just to send me that SMS??? o_O; Does she fear i could kill her then or what?? What problems does she have with me?

well,.. i dont get it... Especialy peoples with such high positions are those cowards enough to run away from such a small person as I am. pfft xD,... just : LOL...
