"Well, Nuka, you're putting us in a bit of a hard situation. However, the final decision is with Vitani and I's father," Simba said, looking over at Mufasa and waiting to see what the king would say.

Nala growled softly and her blue eyes looked to Simba, "Your ok with that? Having a lion in your Pride that tried to kill me..." Nala sighed shaking her head. She looked at Nuka and growled, "If YOU come near me or my family. I promise to rip you apart myself." she warned and padded away from them. Tears filled her eyes and her gut told her it was a bad idea to allow Nuka to come back but she just kept running. Nala ran past Sarafina and she went out towards the watering hole, looking for her own father.


Sarafina saw Nala run past her and she stopped and looked back up towards Pride rock, she ran faster. "Whats happening?" Sarafina asked Simba as she pulled Mheetu close to her. She snuggled the cub and kept him close as the adults spoke.

Mheetu ran over to his mother and snuggled between her paws and looked up at Simba and the mysterious dark lion.

Shujaa saw his daughter coming. Tears filled her eyes. "Nala, are you all right?" he asked when she got close enough.

"Nala, look, I--" he was cut off as she sprinted past him. "Simba, Mufasa?" He needed to get in. For the plan.

Simba glared at Nuka. "Save it, Nuka. We'll deal with you once I get back from talking with Nala," he said. He then took off towards the waterhole and saw Nala with Shujaa. "Nala?" he began.

Nala looked at her father and sighed, "I don't know if I want to be future queen. Simba brought Nuka up to Mufasa to ask for Mufasa's judgement on bringing Nuka back into the Pride. Dad. Nuka tried to kill me in the gorge, Simba didn't even stick up for me." she said her ears flattened back to her head as Simba approached them. Nala turned to look at Simba, "How could you even think of taking Nuka to Mufasa..?" she said softly sniffling. Nala reclined back to her haunches and she looked at Simba.


Sarafina watched Simba run after Nala and she looked to Nuka and growled, she covered Mheetu's ears with her paws. "I know your up to something Nuka, I should kill you were you stand. For trying to take my family from me." she hissed and let Mheetu go. "Your lucky its up to Mufasa and not me." Sarafina stated and scooped Mheetu up by his scruff.

Mheetu sighed as his mother covered his ears and looked at Nuka and then at his mom. "Hey mom, whos that?" he asked being nosey.

"An Outlander Mheetu, we don't turn our back on them." she said through clenched teeth and growled as she went looking for Shujaa.

Simba looked at Nala. "Nala, please. I don't want to lose you. You're everything to me. I hate Nuka as much as you do. Give me a chance and I'll prove my love for you," he said, his eyes wide with pleading.

Nuka waited. An waited. And waited. Mufasa sure took a long time to make his decisions. He hoped Mufasa would say yes before Simba and Nala refused with all they had. "Mufasa, your majesty, I-- I just..." He sighed. He was out of lies.

Nala looked to her father and then back at Simba, "Prove it." Nala said simply and she looked to her father. "Lets go check on mom and Mheetu." she added and stepped past Simba. Nala let Shujaa get ahead of her and she still waited for Simba, "I hope you make the right decision." she said softly. She made her way up towards Pride rock and caught back up with her mother and Mheetu.

"DAD!" Mheetu said happily. He raised his paws and was still being held by his scruff.

Sarafina looked to Shujaa and set Mheetu down gently, "Watch your son." she said with a smile and nuzzled Shujaa softly. "How was patrolling?" she asked.
