Is Sarabi older than Sarafina?

Hm, I'm not sure it matters. I'd imagine that Sarabi is older, mostly because of her darker pelt, but they could easily be the same age [Maybe a few weeks apart.] Sarabi's darker pelt may be just so you can tell her apart from the other lionesses, and her voice sounds more mature because she was the queen figure.

I think that they are both around the same age. Just because Sarabi is darker and has a deeper voice doesn't necessarily make her older.

Yes I think they are the same age since they are pals because you mostly hang about people your age

Can I just say that I honestly don't see how it matters? I doubt the writers put any thought into this... these are the main character's moms, I doubt they expected that seventeen years later a bunch of fans would be discussing the age of these two lionesses.

However, as I am a fan too... I can see how it is fun to discuss. I believe they are around the same age, if you ask me.
