Annabeth tried to sound...normal but instead said, "No. Everything I did was to get close enough to Luo to finally kill him." His mate said, "Oh but it's her you'll follow huh? I'm coming!" Kirby said, "Look everything I told Kodi I feel about myself. I cannot do anything."

Kodi looked surprised, "Oh..." he looked away, "I see..." he kind of hoped that she was just pretending to hate him. Aleu frowned, "Don't say that." Annabeth's companion said, "It's not that! It's because we don't have a choice. Luo will relate everything that happened to me. If you stay here he'll hurt you."

Annabeth dismissed it with a wave of her paw. "Yes, yes." His mate followed him outside the cave. Kirby just laughed, "No drama here. Just the truth. But I'll be quiet because I know what I say is not even wise or intelligent anyway."

Kodi smiled. Annabeth's companion made sure his mate was following him, "It's this way." he said and began walking. Aleu giggled at that, before looking at her mother, "Are you okay mom?"
