Tero is the son of Kovu and Kiara. He's the second cub born in a litter of three. Since he was a male, he'd become king. But Maua was first born. So, even though she loved him, she was always mad at him. As a teenager, Tero and Maua got in a fight. Maua got Tero hurt. So she was punished to stat in the den for three days. Tero felt bad for his sister. So he stayed in the cave with her. As an adult, he found a mate. He made Kijiti his queen. They had one cub. It was a boy named Kero.
