Title: The Circle of Life Continues

Story: This is an SP-like story that centers around Kopa, my OC Sheba and their daughter, Bianca. It opens with Kopa and Sheba looking on, along with an aging Simba and Nala, as Rafiki presents the newborn Bianca to the Pridelands. Sometime later, after Bianca has just hit cubhood, Simba and Nala pass away from old age (as do Sheba's parents, Nyundo and Maua, but they aren't mentioned except in dialogue), making Kopa and Sheba the new king and queen. The new royal family lives a happy life together. One day, however, Bianca escapes her babysitter, Kas'im the jackal, and sneeks off towards the Outlands, meeting the Outlander cub Jerba. Unknown to her, Jerba is the son of Vitani, who is seeking revenge for the deaths of her parents, Zira and the rogue Kali, at the hands of the royal family. Vitani has been raising Jerba to kill Kopa. When they are grown, however, Bianca and Jerba fall in love, and now it is up to them to stop the war between their prides.

Kopa watched proudly as his and Sheba's newborn daughter, Bianca, was presented to the animals of the Pridelands. He looked at Sheba, the lioness whom he had fallen in love with as an adolescent. "Today is one of the happiest days of my life," he told her.

"I know how you feel." Sheba replied, sitting proudly next to Kopa as her daughter was shown to the inhabitants of her home. Nothing could spoil this joyous day for her.

Simba came out of the cave. The weather was really worm but he felt that the wind fluffed his mane. "Yees, it is a really happy day" He said with a smile. He was happy and he was proud of his son and his granddaugter. But he knew that he will go away from this world. He was already very old, like his beautiful mate, Nala.

[Songo]

Nala followed closely behind Simba and nuzzeled his mane softly, "Today is a special day." she cooed at the sight of Rafiki holding Bianca. Nala nuzzeled Kopa and smiled, "I remember when you were that small Kopa, always getting into trouble just like your father." she laughed. Nala reclined back next to Simba as she watched the ceremony, "It seems the Great Kings gave us plenty of sunshine and beautiful weather to welcome Bianca."she said grinning.

Bianca felt herself being lifted into the air, the small cub could barely see with the sun in her eyes. She pawed at the wind and whimpered as she was being held over the Pridelands.

He felt that Nala nuzzled him. He nuzzled back her. "Yes, you're right. It is really a special day" He said and then he looked toward Bianca. He not really heard what Nala said to Kopa but he suspected that she spoke about him. "I think that Great Kings are proud of Bianca and Kopa. Like you and me" He smiled and nuzzled Nala. He was very happy.

Sheba noticed Nala talking to Kopa, and realised the King and Queen were there. "Good morning, your majesty." Sheba greeted Simba. Her father in law was getting on in years, as was his own soulmate, Nala. However, she never expected he felt his end was nearing

Kopa smiled at his mother's words. "I remember those days," he said happily. Finally, the ceremony was over and Kopa and Sheba took their daughter back. Kopa smiled at Bianca. "Oh my little princess. I promise that I'll be the best father I can be," he stated.

Sheba licked Bianca and picked her up by the scruff of the little cub's neck. "After all that excitement, I think it's time for a nap." She took little Bianca into Pride rock and layed down in her sleeping spot.

"I'll be there shortly," Kopa stated. He then looked at his elderly parents. "I remember when I first met her and behaved rudely towards her when her parents brought her here when we were cubs. Thank you for insisting that I befriend her. If you hadn't, I wouldn't be with her now and Bianca wouldn't be here," he said.
