Kodi looked up at his sister with a terrified look as she came closer, but she didn't seem to notice. "I'll take Kirby." she said as she went over to him and placed him on her back.

Annabeth suddenly laughed, "And who siad you were taking anybody fool." Suddenly wolves were all around them. "I'll enjoy it when they cut your own pups from their lives and stomp them in the mud!" She laughed.

Aleu growled, "It was you?! How could you?" Dusty noticed it and ran off knowing that she couldn't do anything to help.

Annabeth laughed, "How could I huh? I assume you have had your own with Kirby. Mine are dead. Did you hear that Kodi! The pups are dead!"

Kodi again could do nothing but stare at Annabeth. Aleu was even more shocked at this, "That's why you're helping Luo? He's why they're dead!"

Annabeth said, "When they torture you for a long time you begin to see things...you being to see who will really win and who will really die."

Aleu felt disgusted, "So you betrayed us just to save your own butt?" she looked away, "And I thought you were actaully different from your father."

Annabeth said, "What you think of me, means nothing to me. I'll tell my father to rip yours and put their bodies in the mud." She then looked at Kodi and said, "Oh don't be too surprised."

Aleu again looked a way. Kodi was still too weak to do anything. He wasn't surprised though, only dissapointed.
