Name: Mipa
Species: Lion
Gender: Female
Pride: Lone traveller
Personality: Mipa is easily distracted by “things.” A butterfly. A bird. A funny-shaped cloud. She’s also super-intelligent when doing things with “things.” Vines and grass runners make great traps for animals. Sticks and leaves can be attached to her body as camouflage. She’s also very caring and loves to make people laugh... but you have to get her attention away from the butterflies first.
Description: Mipa is a chocolate brown-coloured lioness with a creamy grey underbelly. She has large and expressive eyes and a broad smile... but has also become very, very fat, making her legs look short (but they’re not. Just that her belly’s so big), as she doesn’t hunt but survives by camouflaging herself from danger and setting traps to catch her prey. She often wears grass camouflage which comes down over her eyes like hair, and hangs to about half way down her body. It’s green when it’s first plucked but slowly turns brown/gold.
Mipa is also furrier than most lionesses, because she originally comes from the continents' extreme ends, where the weather isn't as hot. This makes her excellent to hug or snuggle up to at night:)
Other: Mipa left her pride because they shamed her for being unable to hunt. However she’s proven that she can survive very well HER way – a way that expends much less energy and causes the animals she catches much less pain. She hasn’t started to miss people yet, but deep down, she’s probably ready to join a group, so long as that group treats her a little better than her own pride did.

I like how she sets up traps for her prey hehe, sounds like something I might do if I were a lion xD
I can't think of any RPs right now but don't be discouraged, something might pop up soon =) And you could always arrange a private RP with other members by sending them a PM or something. People do that all the time =) Or if you have a good idea for a plot you could create your own topic in the RP Planning and Discussions section =) Hope that helps a little bit!

I think Mipa sounds like an awesome lioness! She`s certainly intelligent, creative and crafty, all qualities I love in any character. I think it`s wonderful how humane her hunting teqnique is, compared to the traditional way lions hunt. If Mipa and Kiara got together, no butterfly in the Pride Lands would be safe! lol

It's actually been REALLY hard to get her into a RP. I think I'm being fussy - I don't want to join a RP that's going to have 100 small posts a day. I just want 1 or 2 long posts a day, like 300 words or so. **sigh** I'll just keep watching!
