To me, she doesn't really need someone to love. She copes perfectly well on her own and I believe that she wouldn't really like having a mate. In fact, she could very easily become a rogue and survive on her own without much difficulty at all.

Maybe is true Vitani doesn´t need a mate but I´m still thinking maybe she fall in love with kopa when she was cub, not like a adult love only kids love

I'd like for Vitani to find a mate, just because she falls in love doesn't mean she would have to get al goo goo eyed, I agree that a potential mate for Vitani would have to be strong (in both physical strength and strength of will), he'd have to be understanding (I'm sure growing up as she did has left Vitani with some emotional trauma). and most importantly said male would have to love Vitani for her strength of will and character. He world have to realize that Vitani is the type of lioness that in a dangerous situation would prefer to stand alongside her lion rather than having him stand in front of her (I believe Nala and Kiara also share this character trait, but unlike Vitani they would not take offense to Simba or Kovu leaping to their defense).
As for who the Lucky Lion should be, I have always Liked the Kopa and Vitani paring and since Disney tossed this character out they could bring him back. With a different back story (Basically different parents) and can give him the personality changes he needed to be Vitani's soul-mate. Although if anything were possible (which I know it is not), I'd like to see Vitani as Lune's (The son of Kimba The White Lion) mate.

I'd say someone softer, more soothing... I'm a Warriors Cats fan, and Rock mentioned Squirrelflight needing someone to "match her fire, not contain it". I don't believe him!
Vitani is like Fire. If this is the case, she needs... she needs a stream. Water... someone contrasting. Someone to... someone to be her opposite, to calm her, I guess.
