[Public] 1,001 Nights (Open)

Ok, I know this may seem a tad bit early to post this, but my current RP is in its middle at the moment, and this idea keeps coming to me. It was inspired by a video I saw on Youtube featuring footage of Simba and Nala set to "A Whole New World". Please bear with me.

Title: 1,001 Nights

Story: This is an anthro/fantasy RP featuring anthro versions of TLK characters. It is, of course, a parody of "Aladdin", but with elements changed. In the story, Mufasa and Sarabi are the rulers of Agrabah and, of course, Simba is their heir. Now that he is grown, it is time for him to find a bride. As part of this, Simba is allowed into the palace's treasure chamber, where he discovers two things that have been long forgotten: a flying carpet and an old lamp. He rubs the lamp, unleashing the genie (Yes, the genie from "Aladdin" is imported directly into this story). It is about this time that Mufasa and Sarabi are contacted by Sarafina, who is the ruler of another kingdom called Fayiz (due to her husband having died when Nala was very young). Her message concerns finding a groom for Nala, who has rejected every single suitor due to them being egotistical braggarts. Mufasa and Sarabi agree and send Simba to Fayiz with his royal entourage, consisting of his friends: cub Kovu (whose parents are unnamed palace workers in this), a cheery and energetic female Meerkat named Alicia and a beautiful, sweet-natured, flirty female cheetah named Eden, who likes flirting with Simba (until he gets with Nala), as well as a great parade. However, complicating the situation is Scar, who along with Zira and Vitani (who, in this tale, are his wife and daughter respectively). The story then follows their journey to keep Scar from taking over. Also featured in this tale is Kas'im, a young adult Black-backed Jackal who is a friend of Nala's.

When I say "anthro" in this description, I mean that all the TLK characters stand on two legs, wear clothes and have thumbs. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Thanks Nitro. I appreciate all input and therefore have fixed it up to where it lends itself to an RP better and makes room for twists and turns. Again, thanks for the help. However, since I have little to no motivation to do a full-length fic, I intend to keep this an RP since one of my dreams from the moment I joined MLK was to do an anthro TLK tale.

Sure, you can be Eden. In this story, she is a close friend of Simba's and is sweet-natured. Ever since their teen years, she has flirted with Simba off and on. She is a talented dancer and also a good fighter when she needs to be. Hope that helps.

Ooooohh a fighter. I like fighters. You've probably seen my War Cheetahs thing. I like fictional fights and wars between animals. Especially predators.

So do I. She will be displaying her fighting skills in the big end battle with Scar that I have planned. That will be exciting.

I have a question. In my War cheetah RP, the cheetahs wear special war masks, so when she does fight, can i have her wear one of my war cheetah war masks?

Sure she can. You just might want to figure out a reason for her to have it with her, since the group never intended to fight Scar.
