So because some things in this world will never match the desired standards of morality that they should simply be ignored? Maybe something minor, but these animals are dying painfully. I know I sound like an emotional little animal rights activist but seriously... if they were put out more humanely I wouldn't worry. Because cows and pigs WILL become overpopulated if we don't consume them. And we are descendants from omnivores, meaning the consumption of meat is natural for us. But I guess putting them asleep humanely is too expensive
