Karina wondered off into the savana, staring up into the sky, galring at the birds that flew above her. She sat down and sighed. Her ears twitched as she heard something in the bushes.
A male cub came bouncing out of the bushes growling and roaring at Karina. Karina was scared stiff and she didn't dare to move an inch.
The male stop after seeing how frightend she was.
"Sorry," he spoke, like a angel, it was music to Karina's ears, "I thought you were someone else."
"Its alright," Karina answerd "It happens sometimes."
"True. Where are you from," He crouched again, being cautious, "No ones with you are they?"
"Huh, no. Why? Dont you have you mother to proctet you?"
"No! I don't need protection, i can take care of myself!"
"I'm sure you can, but your still a cub.... How old are you?"
"Sane age as you probally, I'm just taller and bigger."
"Yes, you look almost like a teen."
"Where's you mum then?"
"Not far from here..." The cub crouched again so Karian stopped talking about her mother.
"Where's your Mother? And why is she looking after you?"
"I dont have a mother. I go single!"
"How do you get food?"
"Hunt small animals, steal food, find food, loads of ways."
"How do you protect yourself from predators?"
"Many ways."
"How?!"
"Well i hide, i fight, i stand my ground!"
"Oh......i see............ you can live with us!"
"NO! I dont want to, i'm perfectly happy on my own. No one can tell me what to do, no one can boss me about! I'm happy."
"Oh i see. Well i better get going then."#
"Hold on! I don't know your name yet. Mines Kama."
"Nice name, Hi Kama. Mine name is Karina."
"Karina...I like it!"
"Yes so do i. It means Beloved."
"Mine means love...."

Then Kama was gone. And Karina was left alone.
