Excusing any offense and not to sound righteous, but I personally believe the world will end with a chorus of angels, singing to wake up the beautiful sleeping world. ^^

And come on, the end of electricity would not mean the end of us. People before us survived just fine without electricity. There's absolutly nothing to worry about. If I'm proven wrong, it will be in 100,000,000,000 years or more...

People before us survived because they didn't DEPEND on electricity. Pretty much everything nowadays requires electricity..

Anyway, I don't believe in that calendar crap. I've done my research, the Mayans did NOT speak of the end of the world. They just spoke about the beginning of a new era. And even if they spoke about the end of the world, why believe them?

Point is we could adapt without electricity. We've done it before, we can do it again. We're survivors.

And on the bright side, we'd all have more exercise instead of using cars all the time! And we wouldn't have to keep polluting everything with all the cars and such and start stopping global warming. xD (I know that's not entirely true but hey, what the heck, we can dream right?)

Well, I'd expect the suicide rates in all countries to increase.. Some people are too addicted to TV/Internet and things that require electricity in general.

Not being able to access MLK wouldn't be the end of the world to me, but not being able to know if my online friends are okay would be.

Well, there's another warning for 2012. Yellowstone might erupt, and the ashes may cover the Sun, causing a new ice age. Now THAT we can't survive, since we won't be able to survive to such cold temperatures. And even if we did, plants would die because not only the can't survive the cold, but they also need the sun. And no plants = no oxygen = no life.

But the Yellowstone volcano could erupt at any time, couldn't it? There is no way of predicting such a thing. As far as I'm concerned, nobody even knows for certain that it WILL erupt. Why worry about something that may not even happen? =)

Yes, I've heard of that.. Oh well. I'm not worried about 2012, personally I'm going to stay outside with my laptop that "fateful" day and watch as people panic while I'm taking videos of it laughing my arse off and share that with my friends on MSN. XD I'm so evil.
