Kodi said, "My father did alright..." he smiled and put his paw around her shoulder for reassurance.

Kodi let out a yawn, "Uh... so tired..." he looked at her, "You wouldn't mind if I went to sleep would you?"

Annabeth said, "Go ahead. I'll keep watch." She nuzzled him, "I'll be fine."

Kodi smiled, "You can go to sleep too you know... The door and windows are locked, he can't get in here no matter what he does..." he let out another yawn and returned his mate's nuzzle.

Annabeth frowned and said, "Obviously you don't know my father. He would bash the window with his own head to break it and get to us."

Kodi sighed and put his head down on his paws, "Goodnight Annabeth." he was so tired that he fell asleep almost immediately.
