Hasani layed crouched down close to the ground as he wached from the borders of the grasslands, it was Amana, she was heading towards her mother and fathers den, he slowly moved closer, but sudenly he heard a noise coming from behind him, he quickly turned around to see none other than Fumo standing in his path, “and who are you” the cheeky teen said as a smile apered on his muzzle, he knew who he was, him and Vahvuus had been watching this pride for a while, but he was trying to keep low profile.

=================

Amana padded into her parents den to see that they were already awake “good morning mother good morning father” she giggled with her normal cute but cheeky grin.

Vahvuus sat next to Hasani, silently observing the pride they were planning on taking soon. Vah wasn't really one for talking, he preffered keeping himself to himself, only talking unless he thought he should. He was concentrating so much on watching the pride, that he didn't notice Hasani turn around to check what was behind them. He only heard something disturbing the grass behind them and then a voice, presumably the voice from whoever was behind them. Vah's ears twitched and he slowly turned his head to look at whoever was watching them, keeping his emotionless expression fixed on his face. He looked straight at the teen for a couple of seconds before speaking. "Why are you here?" Vah asked the lion, ignoring its first question keeping it short and simple.

==========

Fumo looked over the two lions that were sitting in front of him, slightly fearful. He didn't plan on getting seen, but now that he was noticed, he didn't know what to do. Fumo didn't know who they were, or what they were doing, but what he was certain of, was that they were rogues. Usually, that meant they weren't up to any good. Fumo's gaze fell on the lion that turned to him first. He seemed to be around the same age as him, but why was he smiling at him? Part of Fumo's mind told him it really wasn't a good idea to stay near these strange lions, but the other part told him there was nothing to worry about. Why it did that? He had no idea, but, unusually, his curiousity got the better of him. "Me?" Fumo asked, bringing a paw up to his chest. It was now that he needed to seem confident, although in reality, he was very nervous due to his shy nature. "I-I'm just your average lion out for a er...a nice stroll. Y'know...we all do that, don't we? Fumo asked rhetorically, glad that he got through the question without to much of a struggle.

Fumo then turned his attention to the lion next to the one he just talked to, silently watching him turn around. This other lion looked older than Fumo or the previous lion, and the large white stripe down his back made him stand out a lot. When the older lion turned fully to face him, the cold, emotionless expression he had on his face intimidated Fumo more than than the previous lion. Fumo wasn't sure whether it was because he was younger than him, or whether the way the lion simply looked at him made him nervous. Fumo was snapped out of his train of thought when the older lion spoke to him. "Why am I here? I'm, well, I... Fumo began stumbling his words. "Like I said, I just...I was just walking." He knew he had probably stayed here a bit too long, now. Fumo started to slowly back up from the lions.

Hasani found it funny to watch the teen lion get into a state of confusion as he looked at Vahvuus, He turned to Vah, “lets go, before this cub wets himself” he said wil an evil chuckle as he barged past Fumo, knocking him to the ground, he turned his head back and watched and waited for Vah to follow.
================

Almasi turned around as her daughter entered the den, but she never said anything, she waited for her mate to reply, after all he was the one that was to tell her children the good news
================

Mosi raised his head from the ground as his daughter spoke to him, he smiled softly back to her before he spoke “were are your brother and sister, we have somthing to discuss with all three of you” he told her.
============

Amana walked over and lay by her mother “i dont know were they are daddy, they shoul be hear soon” she told him with her cheeky but cute expresion.

Vah remained quiet after the smaller lion answered Hasani's and Vah's questions. Vah tilted his head to the side, considering what to do with him. Vah needed to make sure that this lion wouldn't tell anybody about the fact that two rogues were watching his pride. How he would do that? He didn''t know. There was only one option that stood out clearly from anything else: Killing him. That option, however, wasn't a viable one. Vah would only ever kill in self-defence, not in cold-blood. The lion in question was clearly nervous in the presence of Hasani and Vah.

Vah stood up from his sitting position and looked over his shoulder at the pride for a few seconds before turning his attention back to Hasani and the other lion. He nodded to Hasani, agreeing that they should leave. As Vah began to walk, he watched Hasani forcefully knock down the lion, who looked to be around the same age as Hasani, actually. He simply ignored the action and walked next to the lion who was now on the floor. "If I were you, I’d forget this ever happened. Now go." Vah stated, looking him in the eye, trying to intimidate the lion. He knew that this probably wouldn't stop the lion from telling anybody about this encounter, but it was Vah's best shot without needing to kill him. Besides, killing him would probably make it worse because if his family found him dead, the pride would be more alert than ever. That wouldn't really be very helpful for Vah and Hasani.

===========

Fumo gulped in fear as the first of the two lions walked towards him. He barely even heard what the lion said to him due to all of the questions running through his mind. Why had he stayed in the first place? What were the two lions going to do to him? Kill him? Or maybe even worse; incapacitate him. Fumo attempted to step out of the path of the lion that looked to be the same age as him, but he was harshly knocked to the ground. If the other, older lion wasn't with them, then Fumo would consider hitting back. He knew better, though, than to start a fight when he was outnumbered, so he made no attempt to get back up .

Fumo then noticed the heat of the sun leave his body as a shadow loomed over him. His heart rate quickened and he felt the muscles in his body tense up. He slowly tilted his head back and looked the older lion in the eye. Fumo knew that the lion towering over him was going to kill him. Or at least, that's what he thought until the unique-coloured lion spoke, telling him never to tell anybody of this confrontation. Fumo was speechless, so he nodded his a couple of times, making sure that the lion looking down on him knew he was going. Fumo scrambled to his feet and began running back to his pride, stumbling over his paws a couple of times along the way. He was relieved to finally be away from the two rogues. He immediately made his way to the den.

===========

Vah observed the lion run off back to his pride. Vah wasn't sure whether he would tell the pride about him and Hasani, but what mattered was that no blood had been spilt. Vah looked over to Hasani and walked towards him. "We should go. In case he tells the pride of our presence here."

===========

Basha closed her eyes and took in a deep breath of air as she lay under the shade of an Acacia tree which was in relatively close proximity to the den. She enjoyed being able to just relax without anything to cloud her mind. Everything seemed so peaceful and she was honestly very surprised to see that there was nothing dramatic going on. Basha was also very glad about that because she really didn’t feel up for any dramatics.
Basha opened her eyes again and immediately noticed Amana wander into the den, being her usual happy-go-lucky self. Basha decided to follow her into the den, as she felt like talking to someone. She didn’t know what to talk about, but she was sure something would crop up. She slowly stood up and yawned before making her way over to the den.
After about a minute of walking, Basha entered the den and noticed Amana and their parents. “So…Anything of interest going on here?” she asked nobody in particular.

As Hasani and Vahvuus walked away from the grasslands Hasani turned to Vah and started to laugh “did you see the look on his face, i think the mighty prince was going to cry” he said with a look of sheer satisfaction on his face “we will take over that pride no problem, the king cant be that good if his only son is a cry baby” he laughed “soon prince Fumo will be no more than a meer servant” he said as he made his way into the small cave they called home.

============

Mosi spoke to Basha as she made her way into the den “i need to talk to you and your siblings so make yourself comfortable as only the great kings know when Fumo will show up” he told the oldest of his triplets.

Vah looked to the side as he walked with his friend, Hasani, back to the cave they were living in at this point in time. Soon, though, they both hoped to make the decisive move, take this pride by the scruff of its neck and show that they really meant business. Hasani had always been very confident, bordering on cocky, in his fighting abilities but Vah didn't want him to feel like taking over this pride would be a walk in the park.

"Don't get too cocky, Hasani. Neither of us have seen any of the pride's fighting abilities. Vah took in a deep breath and then slowly let it out again as turned his gaze forwards, focusing on where he was waslking. "The only reason he seemed scared was because we were both there. He knew he couldn't take us both on." Vah explained truthfully. He didn't want Hasani to get downbeat about it, he just wanted him to know what to expect.

=============

Fumo kept running and didn't look back. He didn't want to look back. He just wanted to get as far away from the two rogues as possible. As he ran towards the den, there was one very prominent thing on Fumo's mind. Should he tell his parents about the two rogues? He knew there was definitely something that the rougues wanted from this pride, but then again, Fumo could just be being very paranoid and the rogues might just coincidentally have been wandering around near the pride's land. If that was the case, though, then why were the two of them watching the pride? This constant battle between whether to tell or to keep it to himself for now washed away almost every other thought.

Fumo slowed down to a walk and began breathing deeply, trying to get as much air into his lungs as possible. It was only now that he noticed he was only a short distance away from the den. Fumo composed himself and then began to walk towards it. He decided that he wouldn't tell anyone for now. For now. He entered the den and noticed his parents were there, but more surprising to him, was that Amana and Basha were there, too. Was it possible that they had found out about the rogues' presence? "Is this some sort of special meeting?" Fumo joked, trying to rid his mind of what happened earlier.

=============

Basha simply nodded and walked towards the side of the den that was darkest before lying down on the floor and waiting for Fumo to arrive. She wondered what all of this was going to be about. Maybe Fumo wasn't going to be king anymore and instead she would made next queen. She silently laughed to herself at this thought. As much as she wished this to be true, Basha knew it was never going to be why they were all being gathered here.

After a short while of waiting, Basha noticed the all to familiar figure of fumo enter the den. "Yep, seems like it is a meeting of some sort." she stated off-handedly, waiting for her parents to tell them what it was about.

Mmosi stood tall as he adressed his children,“Fumo, Basha, Amana, me and your mother have some great news.....” he paused for a moment and looked back to Almasi who nodded to signal him to carry on “well your mother and i are expecting another cub, you are all going to have a little brother or sister” he told his children.

===============

Hasani knew that what Vah said was true, but him being his normal stuborn self shrugged it off “it will be a piece of cake, that princess... whats her name....Basha....ive been watching her closley and i think she would be easyly pursuaded to join forces with us, just leave me to work my magic” he told the older lion as he found a spot and laydown with his forepaws streached out in front of him.

Vah walked into the cave, following on from Hasani. He widened his eyes in surprise at Hasani's last statement. He hadn't actually considered persuading someone in the pride to join the two of them, as he didn't think it would ever work. If Hasani was so sure, though, then it would be appropriate just to give it a try. Another ally would be very useful to them both and it was something that, if given the opportunity, you shouldn't pass up. "You think you can persuade her? What makes you think that?" Vah asked, as he was very curious about knowing what this Basha acted like. Did she hate her pride? They would find out soon enough, it seemed.

Vah walked towards the darker part of the cave and lay himself down. "We should go hunting soon. Or now. We're going to be here for a while longer." He stated suddenly, although hunting was definitely something they needed to do. It did mean that they had the chance of getting caught, but they would deal with those problems later. For now, Vah's thoughts were stuck with the lion that they ran into earlier. Even if he did tell his pride about his earlier encounter, it would just mean that Hasani and Vah would need to attack sooner than later.

============

Fumo and Basha both jerked their heads up towards their parents as soon as they were told about the new cub that would soon join the world. Fumo in particular seemed very happy and his eyes lit up. They were both very surprised by the unexpected news and Fumo soon began to happily grin. "Alright! Awesome!!" Fumo exclaimed, very excited by the fact that they were going to have a new brother or sister.

Basha, on the other hand, although still surprised and relatively happy, didn't express it anything like Fumo. Instead she simply rolled her eyes and muttered under her breath. "Great...and that's who's going to be king instead of me..." referring to Fumo's childish-like behaviour. "When will we see him? Or her?" Basha asked, being much more mature about it than Fumo

Hasani looked up at Vah “i dont know for deffinate but she will have some hatred towards her brother and parents if he is to rule as king when she is the oldest and it should be her kingdom, if we can convince them to let us into their pride i can get to know her a bit better and we will have more insight to their fighting tecnique and what they are like and it will be easier to run out the king and queen” he explained feeling pretty proud of himself for thinking through that plan, he then stood up and yawned,food sounded good to him right now so he jumped at the chance “we will have to go back to the grasslands, maybe we should visit the king and ask to hunt on their lands, that will be the reason we can give him for being on the lands when Fumo seen us” he told Vah.

================

Amana sat quiet at the mention of a new cub, she wouldent be the youngest anymore, she got up and stormed out of the den in a jelious rage.

==============

Mosi and Almasi were happy with the reaction from Fumo and Basha but they were shocked when Amana stormed out, Almasi looked at her mate “maybe i should go after her” she said concerned about the state her daughter was in, Mosi looked at Basha “can you go speak to your sister please” he then turned to Almasi “we are the last lions she will want to speak to right now, Basha can explain it from a level she will understand”.
