Depends on the bug, I have fried ants to eat before. Baited with honey than cooked them all. Take the dark red ones, black ones are gross and red ants can be hazardous.
Plus snails! They are pretty good trust me. I steam some!

I always thought the bugs looked sooo tasty when I was little. I can't recall ever eating one though.
