Simba probably did his best to follow in his father's pawprints, but I don't think he ever became as good a king as Mufasa.

I agree. Mufasa definitely had more experience and wisdom than Simba.

Hmm...well :
Mufasa: A great king, but he seemed to neglect his brother a little. But still a good king.
Simba: Made many lions go into exile, because of a grudge.Many of those lions could have starved...

I gotta say Mufasa on this one.
