Kodi sighed, "I meant at least come with us into town now."

Kirby said to Kodi, "So have you met the dad? I mean is he uh hard to uh kill?"

Kodi shook his head as they all headed toward the village, "I don't know. Never met him before..."

Kirby said, "But I mean you have heard about him right...I mean could you beat him if he ya know attacked you?"

Kodi shook his head, "I really know nothing about him."

Kirby just sighed and said, "She does..."

Before Kodi could ask Annabeth anything Aleu spoke up, "You said that our grandmother was the love of his life?" Kodi nodded and Aleu said, "Then my suggestion is that he's old, or at least starting to get old by now."

Annabeth sighed and said, "Yes but don't underestimate him. Younger wolves in our pack and wolves that have tried to usurp him have all failed. The only thing that works against him is that he is a little...crazy."

Aleu said, "Him being crazy is not a good thing." Kodi said, "Kind of creepy..."
