Membo just put the body down. He looked at the doe, "Is here okay with you?" he asked quietly.

The doe said nothing and said, "Friends this was the best mate I could ever have. I will feel his loss and I hope you all will as well."

There was a moment of silence. All the deer just put their heads down and said nothing.

The doe put her head down as well. "And we should also..." she gritted her teeth, "blame Membo for not getting there sooner."

Membo then said, "Excuse me? This isn't my fault. I came as soon as I heard you."

The doe just ignored him, "Yes let's remember Membo as clumsy who didn't arrive in time."

Suddenly Karus' son was thrown infront of everybody. When everybody looked around they saw that Geno brought him there. "Why don't you go ahead and tell them what you did?!"

Karus' son told them, "Well let's see here I merely ran away while man started the forest fire."

Geno said, "Liar. I saw him start the fire with my own eyes and I even heard him say it out aloud infront of him and his friends." he pointed at Membo who nodded. All the deer glared at Karus' son and gritted their teeth.

Suddenly his mother approached, "Leave him be Geno or my mate Karus will strike you all down like the scum you are!" She looked at Garo, Ronno, and Leah, "You fools." She laughed.
