Laini however opened her eyes. She coughed some water and then her breathing was slow and heavy.

The buck sighed in relief. "Alright everyone give her some room to breathe!" He backed away as well as she coughed water out of her lungs.

Laini knew that she wasn't going to live alot longer. She was really old, probably the oldest doe in the forest, but she kept quiet about that.
