Membo quickly got up and ran after her again.

The doe fawn tried to run faster. Eventually she beat him and said to Membo, "I won." Ronno then whispered to Membo, "Be like your father."

Membo heard his grandfather and smiled at the doe fawn, "Yeah, good job."

The doe fawn smiled, "Thanks." She then said, "They're both gone huh?"

Membo slowly nodded, "From the looks of it."

The doe fawn then said, "Who was worst?"

Membo sighed, "Karus' son..." he told her, "He convinced that other fawn to help him just so that he would have no friends left..." he looked away, "I tried to talk to him anyways but he insisted that we continued to hate him..."

The doe fawn nodded. Suddenly her praents called to her. "Well uh I'll see you later Membo." She went over to her parents. "Please don't go near Membo okay? He lost his mother."

(I was curious at how Membo would answer myself ;P)
