Dakari slowly shook his head, "No, it's over." he slowly licked her on the top of her forehead.

Mzuri sighed in relief. "Then...they are friends now?"

Dakari smiled, "From what I understood, yes." he couldn't stop himself from nuzzling her yet again. He was just really happy to have her back.

Mzuri also nuzzled him as well. "If what you say is true we have to make a choice. Either stay here with them or go back to Mufal...Marini's pride."

Dakari stopped nuzzling her and thought about it, "I really don't know... I don't think I can ever forgive my parents. Then again, if we could get them to allow Marini and the others in the pride then we'll finally be safe from crazy rogues who want to torture us..." he looked at her, "What do you think?"

Mzuri thought and said, "It would have to be up to Marini."

Dakari slowly nodded. As he thought about it, he realised that being part of a big pride meant a safe life. However he shrugged it off and nuzzled Mzuri again, "We should probably let your mother know that you're okay."

Mzuri nodded. "While I was out I heard my father's voice in my head."

Dakari helped her up, "But he's dead remember?" he went ahead and led Mzuri to where the two prides were saying. He slowly walked over to Mzuri's mother with Mzuri by his side, "Ma'am?"

Mzuri nodded. "I know he is." Mzuri's mother didn't really show any sign of affection other than saying, "I am glad you are okay." Mzuri only nodded. "I hope we are willing to work together now."
