Ahadi looked at the zebra carcass and grimaced. The hyenas had gone too far this time. The herd would probably move out of the Pride Lands now due to the reckless behavior of those slobbering poachers. He broke 'contact' with his father in the sky to focus on the matters at paw. The lionesses were already moving about, making their ways around the hyenas. They would circle in and surround them before the had time to react. He glanced at Uru, letting her know that now was the time.

The lionesses moved quietly but quickly, careful to not be seen, but also not to lose the predators. Ahadi stayed at the rear of the formation to make sure the hyenas were completely enclosed. Fortunately, it looked as though the hyenas were still tired from yesterday's raid, and weren't showing any signs of real struggle. They seemed to be merely trotting at a steady pace. Almost as though they were completely unaware of the lions encroaching around them. When the last lioness was in-front of the poachers, she would give the signal, and they would charge and surround the canines.

Sarafina looked to the watering hole. It looked rather boring, but it would hopefully cheer the brothers up. If it were up to her, she would go do something adventurous. But Kati always was a stickler for the rules. Even in times like this, Kati didn't want to get in trouble with her parents.

Suddenly, Aiko suggested something even better. The cliffs that the grown-up lions always went to seemed like a real adventure. None of that cubby-stuff that Kati had suggested. Sarafina looked back at Aiko. "Yeah! That sounds awesome!" she echoed in a hushed yell. She had always wanted to see why the grown-up lions went up there. The view maybe? Well, they'd soon find out. "Okay. I'll tell the others."

Kati looked curiously at Sarafina as she trotted over to her. She whispered in Kati's ear "Hey, we're going to those cliffs instead. Aiko thought it would be funner." Slightly hurt that her idea had been rejected, and even more so that she would be breaking the rules, Kati looked at her friend with wide eyes. She opened her mouth to speak out against that idea, but stopped herself before she muttered a word. Her idea had been beat. And speaking out against the idea would get her teased. She couldn't help but be a goodie-four-paws. But she kept her mouth quiet of outbursts this one time, and instead encouraged the idea. "Yeah... that'd be fun, I guess." Suddenly, a white blur pounced at a solemn Taka as he was pinned to the ground.

"What're you doing!? Get off'a me!" Taka shouted at his rival. When Aiko told him to play along, Taka gave him a raised eyebrow. When he looked at the rest of the group, they seemed to be sneaking away. Towards... the cliffs. It all made sense now. Taka looked back up at Aiko, who gave him a wink and then proceeded to pretend bite his ear.

Taka pushed up with his back legs and flipped himself and Aiko on their sides. Then quickly leaped atop the white lion and pinned him back. "Stop it Aiko! Why are you always so mean to me!" He yelled with a small chuckle to ensure that he was joking... mostly. He glanced up and noticed Zuzu making her way over to break up the 'fight'. But the other cubs were already gone.
