Annabeth's father remained silent. Kodi laughed, "Well okay." he was very tempted to trip Annabeth or something like that but he helf back. The female smiled, "Oh really? That would be great."

Kirby said, "So no other males have ever asked you out?" Steele said, "Well we could lure him to your cave by using her." Annabeth was about to run into the forest when suddenly a lone male wolf about Kodi's age came out.

The female looked at him, "Twice. Why?" The father nodded. "And we'll use him to lure Balto here." Kodi came to a stop when he saw the wolf approach.

Steele said, "I get to take part in the torture of him right?" Kirby said, "Well I mean I am just surprised that any other males have not asked you." The wolf growled at Kodi. "Get out of here dog!"

The father looked at him, "Maybe." The female looked at Kirby with a raised eyebrow, "I just said that I've been asked out twice." Kodi got nervous, but for some reason he found himself growling back, "What makes you think I'll be doing that?"

Kirby said, "Oh right." He was phasing out her words a little bit. Steele said, "That Kodi is an annoyance just like his father. I am just letting you know that." The wolf growled, "Because you dogs are pathetic. You have got 2 seconds to turn around or I will kill you."

The female then shrugged it off and smiled, "So what are you going to show me?" Luo looked at him, "You're annoying too." he would have gotten rid of Steele but he still felt like he could use him. Kodi also growled, "Not going to happen." the urge to not seem weak in-front of Annabeth was really motivating him, as in alot.

Kirby smiled, "You'll see when we get there." Steele said, "Well if I could reverse everything I told you I would. I know you'll kill me after I have outlived my usefullness so I will make myself as useful as possible." The wolf laughed, "You are very foolish dog." He started to get ready to attack. Annabeth said, "Kodi you can't beat a male wolf!"

The female nodded and fell silent. Luo looked at Steele, "And I could have killed you the moment you told me, but I didn't." Kodi suddenly realised what a mistake he made, but before he could try and come up with anything to do the male wolf suddenly collapsed to the ground. It took Kodi a few seconds to notice another wolf standing right behind the male. It seemed like a female but it was too dark for Kodi to determine, but he could tell that this was not an arctic wolf, for it had grey fur.

Annabeth was confused. "Kodi what happened?" Steele said nothing except, "Yeah I'll bet you'll kill me later." Eventually Kirby said, "We're close."
