Balto RP [PRIVATE]

When Kodi looked towards the main street what he saw was a rather busy street. There were alot of humans and dogs comparing to how the amount of beings there usually were on a street. Kodi's eyes widened as he recognised his father and mother walking through street. He knew he couldn't lead the wolves straight to his father. Nervously, he looked around, "There are alot of dogs and people ahead. Maybe one of you should look?" he hoped that they wouldn't notice Balto's wolf-like appearance if they saw him, "You know... because wolves are smarter and everything." he gulped.

Dusty raised an eyebrow, "What will Kodi be doing in an alley?" she then sighed and rolled her eyes without waiting for his answer, "Fine."

Kirby said, "I go there to clear my head."

Annabeth pushed Kodi out of the way. She looked around and noticed a husky that looked like the dog near her. 'His mother perhaps?' Thankfully she didn't see Balto. He looked at the dog. "Is that your mother?"

Dusty sighed, "Fine."

Kodi again looked, relieved that they hadn't seen Balto. "Uh..." he squinted, "Yeah." he was even more relieved when both his mother and father dissapeared in the crowd.

Annabeth said, "Oh we'll find your mother don't worry about that mutt." The wolf laughed, "Oh I can't wait to draw blood!" Annabeth then said, "Go find her..." Once the wolf was gone she yelled out, "And find your partner." The wolf howled, "You idiot!" she yelled. Suddenly humans were looking around for a wolf.

Once that was settled Kirby started looking.

Kodi felt a growl forming in his throat at the mention of the word blood. However before he could protest or anything the wolf howled. "I think you shouldn't have done that."

Balto heard the howl just like all the humans around him and Jenna. The sudden panic on their faces told him that he really did hear a howl and that his mind wasn't playing tricks on him. He looked at Jenna, "Did you hear that?

Dusty sighed as she and Kirby passed through the alleys. "So many alleys in such a small village."

Suddenly Kirby put his paw up to her eyes so that she wouldn't see Kodi with a wolf. "Whatever you do don't open your eyes Dusty...trust me. It will hurt."

Jenna nodded and said, "Wolves can't be in town can they?"

Annabeth looked angrily at Kodi, "Yes genius I know that." The wolf partner immediately hid, looking for his friend.

Dusty was confused, "Is this a prank or something?" however she kept her eyes closed. (( Lol, Kodi is just standing with a wolf. Which part of that can hurt? =o ))

Balto started to sniff around for any strange scents. There was something new but it was hard to determine it's direction because of the many people and dogs all around him.

Kodi wanted to run towards the crowd and finally get away from those wolves, but his paw still ached too badly for him to try to do so. The other wolf meanwhile found his partner. "What have you done?!"

(LOL he assumes...he knows of his ancestry)

The wolf said, "Sorry..." Annabelle said to the dog, "You should thank me. I could have let that one wolf rip you apart a dozen times already."

Jenna also smelled something but her scent wasn't as good as Balto's. "Do you smell something?"

Kirby said, "No. It might hurt you."

Kodi nervously looked at her, "Uh... thanks..." the humans meanwhile continued looking around and some of them began to enter nearby alleys.

The companion let out a frustrated sigh. "The humans will be really paranoid. We can't stay here. Go get Annabeth before something worse happens."

Balto continued sniffing, "Yes." he was still unable to determine where was the scent coming from. But he did hear the howling, and now the scent made him realise that it was probably a wolf. The problem with wolves was that they never travelled alone.

A sneaky grin crept onto Dusty's muzzle, "If you're lying to me it will end up like it did last time." she knew that Kirby was still haunted by the memory.

Kirby said, "Fine. Look Kodi is with a wolf." He put his paw down, "Probably female."

The wolf said, "But what about the wolf-dog and his family?"

Jenna just followed Balto carefully just in case a wolf showed up.

Annabeth said to Kodi, "I have a question for you? Are you really single?"
