Dakari didn't wait for Mzuri's father to change his mind and got up. He hopelessly looked at Mzuri not knowing what to do. He couldn't just leave her if her father was being so cruel to his own daughter.

Dakari was afraid of what Mzuri's father was going to do to her, but he had no choice but to leave. He headed back so that he could inform his parents about the spy.
