Nello was just as scared as his sister was. "Yes, it does creep me out." he hoped that their grandfather wasn't as creepy as that, and the same hope also referred to his father's parents. He then asked, loud enough for only his sister to hear, "I hope dad's parents are not uh... How do I say this... not insane." he got really nervous with everyone staring at them.

Leah was getting a little upset that Ronno wasn't answering her. "I'll just go see by myself." she said, huffed and then got up. Membo spat at them both, "I feel like dying just by seeing your ugly faces!"

The fawn said, "You shut up Membo the mama's boy! I will kill you." Karus' son yelled, 'Patience!" he then said, "Ugly faces Membo. Your mother had an ugly face. How else could my mother seduce your father and grandfather?" He laughed.

Marena nodded. 'Yeah." The mother looked at Nello. "What are you talking about dear?"

Leah then saw what was happening, and she also happened to have heard

Nello looked at his grandmother, "Nothing ma'am." How did she hear him if he was whispering? Maybe she saw his lips? (( I said 'loud enough for only his sister to hear' D= ))

The old doe nodded and said, "I see dear." She then said, "Well do you want to hear the story about when we first met your father?"

The fawn then said, 'You know Membo I really hate ya."

Nello figured that the next story wouldn't be too strange like everything has been so far. How wrong he was. "Of course ma'am."

Membo said, "If it makes you feel any better then I don't like you alot either." he then noticed his grandmother who was standing right behind the two.

The old doe smiled and said, "Well your mother met your father a long way from where we are now...that is to say where you usually live dears."

The fawn smiled, "How did we hate eachother Membo? Over a doe?" Karus' son coughed and motioned towards the old doe behind them. The fawn just laughed and said, "Uh oh I think we found his grandmother. Are you a gramma's boy too Membo?"

Nello remained quiet and listened.

Leah decided to put a stop to this, "Alright that's enough." she looked down at the two fawns, "The two of you, go home."

The doe continued, "Well when he first came here we gathered around to see him just like we did with you, thinking he was your mother's mate."

The fawns said, "One problem with that ma'am. We cannot go until we are exiled or killed."

Nello asked, "Thinking?" he found it confusing, "What do you mean?"

Leah walked over to Membo, "You both stay away from my grandson."

The old doe said, "Meaning your father 'fibbed' that he was her mate."
