I agree with Summer my friend saw a cat fall off a 2 story Balcony railing and went it see if it was ok and it just sat there for a moment and then walked away. I think it was a combination of both the impact of the fall and then be trampled that did it.[/quote]
Um, Cats way about 5 kilos average, male lions are about 100-200 kgs at most. The fall would've done ALOT of damage...
Now we cant see exactly how far Mufasa fell, but one could assume it was about 20-30 feet. So if you calculate something that weighs 200kg (Mufasa was large) falling 20=30 feet, his speed would have increased by 1m per second, per second (I think). So he would have been travelling very fast.
