[Closed] Malka's Tale

A few hours later Malka finally awoke to the sight of Simba sleeping. Wit a yawn and stretch he had gotten himself up and walked over to the sleeping Simba and nuzzled against him purring. He then smiled and started to tug on the other's ear to start playing.

Mufasa came back, from his duty's. He saw, Malka happy. "Malka... Could you come here please?" Mufasa asked, so Simba couldn't hear.

Malka went up to Mufasa so they could chat in private. "Yes Mufasa?" He asked with a smile as he continued. "Thank you so much for all you're doing, my mom will be so happy how much you've helped me out."

[Eli_Ayase]

"You're welcome. Did you saw how the hyeana looked?" Mufasa said in a calm voice. "If you can remember, the hyeana, i can deal whit it." He saw, Malka's ears wen't down. "Don't get sad my freind." He could notice that, Malka got sad.

Malka's ears went down as he thought about his mother. "Don't worry about the hyena, he's not from around here, but could you keep an eye out for my mother? She should arrive any day now." He said with a fake smile of hope.

[Eli_Ayase]

"Whats you'r mothers name?" He said in a fake voice. Mufasa knew, Malka is faking his smile and voice.

[GreatKingMufasa]

"..." Malka was hesitant to even speak her name he missed her so much. "Yuna.." He said looking down. "My mother's name is Yuna."

[Eli_Ayase]

"Thats a wonderful name." Mufasa said. He saw, Simba waking up. "Okey, Malka go play now." He said happy seeing his son and, Malka playing. Mufasa wen't to take a rest, under the sun after a long day.

A few days passed with no sign of Malka's mother, Yuna. He never lost hope even though he knew the truth deep down. It wasn't untill the fateful day that Mufasa informed Malka that a member of the pride had found his mother dead. She was just outside the Pridelands and had died due to exhasution and injuries mainly due to the battle with the hyena. Malka was devistated, his whole world gone just like that. His mother was everything to him. She was all he had, he never knew his father. Malka asked to be alone and cried all night. Why did this have to happend?

Simba was kind of worried for his friend. He would never understand what it must feel like to wait for your mother to find you and then be informed that she had died just before reaching you. The only thing he could do right now was try to cheer Malka's mood. He didn't know whether he'll succeed but it was worth a try. "Malka?" he asked quietly as he approached his friend, "Are you alright?" he then realised how stupid the question was and instead said, "Do you want to talk?"
