That's not the urban def. of ghetto. The surrounding city is nice, just the specific apartment complex I live in is Ghetto. But the surrounding vicinity is relatively nice

Depends on which part
The north is hot almost all the time, the south is cold almost all the time
I live in the middle, near the shore
In winter it's really cold (however it never snows
) and in summer it's really hot lol

Sounds like a cool place to live. If you could visit any country, which one would you visit? I'd be on one of those tiny islands only few know about or somewhere in Latvia.

That's a hard question... it depends really. If it was the only time I could travel somewhere, it would be incredibly hard to choose
