Mheetu is hardly known, and we dont know how he looks, vote goes to kopa! Kopa is cute, design to kovus and nalas son.

Mheetu is cuter and more original...sorry. Kopa is like a clone of cubby Simba only with a hair tuft.

Plus he's fallen out of favor with me recently thanks to the drama caused by his level of canon/sub-canon here.
So, tl;dr my vote goes to Mheetu.
