i dont know why did he had to obey zira when he was an adult. Adult lions can do what ever they want.

Kovu is one of the greatest heroes I have ever seen, the guy is nice as a cub, gets brainwashed into joining his mother's evil plan, then succeeds in breaking free with the power of love. He is brave, trained as a fighter, and now is under the tutelage of the King. Kovu is awesome, and that's not even counting his appearance.
