I live in Finland and yes, we live in igloos, drink Koskenkorva, fight with polar bears and chill with penguins. jk lol.

Plus, Vitani looks like Zira. I'd suppose if they wanted her to be Nala's they would've had at least something in her looks or lines to suggest it. But they didn't, so officially it is totally Zira.
But it would make an interesting fanfiction if she was Nala's.
